We always connect Spain to ropa taurina. But for the French people, "bullfighting" isn't a game. It is a ceremony. It originally arises from the ceremony to sacrifice bull for that richness of stock farming. Even though death of a bull is unavoidable, killing the bull is not main attraction. The French people take advantage of the performance of the bull as well as the bull fighter like ballet dancing. They refer to this as the pase.

In March, the Spanish celebrate a Festival of Fire in Valencia. In October, they celebrate Pilar in Zaragoza. Bullfighting takes place between both of these holidays.

Do not know if this began but there's a Spanish legend that Hercules fought with a bull of Geryon in the plain of Hispania. People think that was first. There are no records of bull fighting throughout the medieval times in the thirteenth century, a magazine titled Chronica General contained a record of it after a marriage ceremony. Many a diary on this ceremony is discovered within the late fourteenth century. Very good of computer grew between the sixteenth and seventeenth century throughout the Renaissance. At that time, the knight rode over a horse to fight the bull which is sometimes called Rejoneo. Through the end of seventeenth century to 18th century, bull fighters did start to embark on foot without horse riding the same as today. During this period, they killed the bull very violently. In a painting by Goya, it shows how bloody and violent it turned out.

Francesco Remero was the one who made rules of today's game such as red cape with a removable stick. After that, it has been a team game. Picadores, Toreros, other ring attendants as well as Matadors made up a team. Matadors are those that throws the Muleta and finally kills the bull. It kills the bull by stabbing right higher than the bull's heart looking at it. Following the bull dies, ear from the bull are cut-off and given to the Matadors for honor similar to a trophy is offered to some champion.
