Do you love your task? Is your career as fulfilling now because it was when you first started? In reality, was it ever fulfilling?
For Baby Boomers and kids alike, most of the time the reply to these questions is not any. And that is a real shame, because if you never enjoy that which you do, exactly what is the point in doing it?
The obvious reply to which is money. People stand up every day, drag themselves out of bed, endure an unpleasant commute to the office and spend all day in a job they dislike in order to settle the bills. At the conclusion of the day they do it all once again in reverse.
They endure the painful commute home, eat some dinner, maybe attempt to relax somewhat, retire for the night as well as the cycle repeats. It's really no method to live your life, specifically if you are one of the Middle-agers nearing the fabled Golden Years.

I get it- Used to do it for many years myself. I realize the motivation, and i also have empathy for the reasoning. But ultimately, I got completely fed up. My career will no longer excited me, and my entire life will no longer fulfilled me. The time had come to maneuver on, and to change.
Therefore i did. The good thing is that you can do that as well.
Easily needed to boil it down to one thing, I believe I'd say it was about passion. Specifically, about finding yours.
My belief is that a lot of people that are dissatisfied using their jobs-and by extension, their lives-are working simply as a means of making money. They go to operate everyday, but they're not necessarily emotionally or intellectually engaged using what they do. It is a problem, because without that kind of emotional and intellectual engagement, work alone isn't enough. It might be a regular, tedious exercise in futility.
Once you consider how people often go about getting a job however, this shouldn't come as a big surprise. Think back to your school years, and it is an easy task to spot the problem. We spend a lot time concentrating on getting that all-important degree that people fail to really consider what are the results when we get it.
Graduation day comes, we take our walk, obtain that little bit of parchment, and all of an abrupt understand that the party's over. You're ready to start working. When that somewhat desperate thought settles in, many teenagers, operating more from a survival mode when compared to a planning mindset, go ahead and take the very first thing arrives.
